She didn't change her services
She didn’t change her prices.
She didn’t change her title.
Yet with one change, her business started growing almost immediately. I've seen one precise shift unlock everything from new clients to viral content. The most powerful changes are often deeper than that.
This client came to me because new clients had stalled coming in. She knew something needed to shift. Another coach or mentor might have offered her a new strategy. But I could see, the strategy was not the bottleneck.
On a deep level,
her soul wanted to be seen,
known, and
showing up as a leader.
But that was not happening in her business. She was showing up in a supportive role when it came to pitching herself. In our session together, I showed her a new perspective. I told her that her soul was booming, practically yelling at me, asking her to step forward and lead.
“You need to be front and center. Lead.”
She paused, still as a tree, looking at me with complete surprise. I wasn’t shocked. I knew this was her truth. We dug deeper into it.
For years, she had been positioning herself like a wallflower. The ‘wing woman,’ the support person behind the scenes. It made logic sense, she was in a service industry, supporting the business operations of others. But her inner self craved that she present as a leader.
Can you imagine a sycamore tree trying to stay small because it thought that’s how it helped others?
Did she allow herself to grow, to show up clearly as a visible leader, after working together?
She listened.
She shifted.
Almost immediately, more clients found her. They shared their results with friends and peers. Her work began to move outward in ways it hadn’t before.
Her next post online sounded more confident than I had ever heard her sound. I could feel the waves of strong assurance rippling out from her post. The picture she shared in the post exuded feelings of power, knowledge, and genuine care in supporting other businesses to succeed.
Most notable, she didn’t change her services,
her prices,
her title, or
chase the latest trend.
She simply let the “noise” fall away. She showed up as herself with her head held up, shoulders relaxed.
Showing up looked like this: she stopped hiding behind hyper-smooth language, corporate lingo and started speaking more plainly, more directly. In her pictures, she didn’t look like she was waiting at the edge of the glen to be noticed.
She looked at me from the post, her eyes saying, “I’ve got this. Let’s work together. You can trust me with your marketing.”
I see this over and over again.
The people I work with rarely need more information.
They need permission to stop shrinking.
They need someone who can see the pattern they cannot see themselves.
One shift.
One honest realization.
One conversation.
Sometimes that’s all it takes.
If you’re at a point where you know you’re meant for more, but can’t quite see what’s keeping you stuck, I’d love to help.
I have space for two private coaching clients.
